Due to there being so many roles for a film, organising when you need everyone must be a hard task. Therefore I found a call sheet which outlined all the roles, locations, times and dates when people were needed. Even though there are only three people in our team due to short films having a low budget ( so we couldn't afford to employ more people) everyone had multiple roles to play in the production of the short film.
